An effective personal trainer can guide, motivate, educate, and provide you with accountability that is necessary to be successful.  In addition experienced trainers will make sure that you don't damage your body when exercising. One on One Personal Training

You don't have to be a seasoned athlete or bodybuilder to enjoy the benefits of a personal trainer. Personal training benefits both the person who has never worked out as well as professional athletes. Having the right personal trainer can save you a lot of time, frustration and pain in your journey to achieve your health and fitness goals. Working one-on-one with Glen or Yvette will provide you with a highly efficient and more productive workout. 

Group Personal Training

Working with a personal trainer will increase your likelihood of achieving attainable goals but it is not always affordable to everyone, now it can be with group personal training. Group training allows you to work with a small group of friends or others interested in achieving similar goals.

Sport Specific Training

Achieve the highest in sports performance enhancement with Glen & Yvette's approach to athlete preparation. If you need to increase your endurance, speed, agility, power or body control when it comes to sports performance, our performance training is for you.

Fitness Assessments

An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Glen & Yvette incorporate many different assessment methods for those engaging in personal training or those wanting to know where they stack up.  Some of Glen & Yvette's fitness assessments include:

Nutrition Counseling   For the majority of individuals nutrition is over 50% of what it takes to reach their goals - together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the nutritional program that best suits your individual needs, guide you through the process, and help you get through hurdles along the way.


Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point is a form of Myofascial Release Therapy. This therapy can be used independently or as an adjunct to massage therapy. Trigger Point Therapy has been succesful for individuals looking to reduce pain associated with plantar fasciatis, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, back pain, shin splints, fibromyalgia and knee and hip problems.
